Ragu Rustico


Utensils Needed

- Cooking Utensils - Cutting Board - 1 Pot - 2 Pans for the stove


STEP 1 - cut your onion in half. And start chopping it into small pieces. STEP 2 - grab a nice size pan and put half of the olive oil in the container and add the onions that you chopped. YOU CAN PUT IT ON THE STOVE BUT SHOULD BE OFF!!! STEP 3 - grab 3 branches of rosemary. Take away the stem. And chop. STEP 4 - grab 6 branches of thyme. Take out the  stems and put them on top of the rosemary and chop. STEP 5 - go to the stove and put onion on mid temp and add 1 pics of salt and 1 pinch of pepper MIX!! STEP 6 - add the wine and another pinch of salt and pinch of black pepper STEP 7 - add meat in small chunks ADD ALL THE MEAT STEP 8 - add a pinch of pepper STEP 9 - add the herbs that you chopped and add the rest of the olive oil STEP 10 - add the tomato sauce COVER YOUR RAGU PUT IT ON MID LOW TEMPERATURE. STEP 11 - put some water to boil and add a pinch of salt STEP 12 - try your ragu and add more salt or pepper if you need it.
